While a large portion of the practice is devoted to small and medium sized business financing, we strive to offer a full line of services that include liquidation and foreclosure.

Real Estate
Our attorneys are each Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in real estate law. We believe this enables us to recognize and resolve complex matters that can arise in every day transactions. McCrary & Clark, L.L.P. serves various title insurance companies with document preparation services involving residential, commercial or rural property.
Moreover, we represent individuals, businesses and lenders whether their purpose is to sell, lease, invest, or finance. Probate and Estates
While the lawyers at McCrary & Clark, L.L.P. would never profess to be estate planning experts, we have experience drafting basic wills and probating uncomplicated estates in a cost effective manner. Bankruptcy Law
McCrary & Clark, L.L.P. does not practice in the area of debtor bankruptcy. However, due to our predominant banking, finance, and business practice, we are experienced in collections, foreclosures and other creditor's rights issues in the bankruptcy matters with a competent colleague if desired or we can make a referral.
